Bruce is CEO of Bendzulla Actuarial. He is a chartered accountant and a chartered secretary, having 30 years experience gained working in practice, manufacturing, government, treasury and finance. Bruce brings broad managerial expertise to support the organisation and is focused on further development of the business.

Geoff is the senior actuary of Bendzulla Actuarial and his areas of expertise include superannuation, workers compensation and employee benefits. He is based in Hobart and joined Bendzulla Actuarial in 2006. He has over 18 years experience in actuarial consulting in Australia and the UK.

Alfred is a Sydney based actuary, specialising in general insurance, defined benefit superannuation and long service leave liabilities. In addition to relying on his strong interest in computer software development, by drawing upon both his legal and actuarial skills, he is able to develop innovative and client focused solutions for our clients.

DEREK CONDELL, B.Ec, SA Fin, FAICD
Derek is Head of Marketing and has over 35 years experience in investment banking, having focussed on business in new ‘quant’ based investment, broking, capital markets products and internet activities. He is also a Member of the Institute of Quantitative Research in Finance, a leading ‘think tank’ of actuaries, physicists and mathematicians. Derek brings broad financial markets expertise to the organisation and is focused on development of new products and services, and expanding Bendzulla’s business.

JOHN TELLYROS, B.Sc. AIAA
John has a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics and is now an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. He specialises in corporate superannuation, workers compensation and litigation support.

MARCO COSTA, B.Sc. (Hons) PhD
Marco has a PhD in astrophysics. He has spent considerable research fellowship time at University of Western Australia, Jet Propulsion Laboratories (Caltech) and as Manager of the University of Tasmania's radio observatory. In 2000 he opted to change career and move into a consulting environment at Bendzulla.

MELANIE DUNN, B.Ec. B.Sc.
Melanie is our SMSF Team Leader and has completed both a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Science at the University of Tasmania. She is currently progressing through the Institute of Actuaries of Australia exams required to qualify as an actuary. She currently specialises in the delivery of actuarial certificates for SMSFs and associated technical SMSF queries.

Alice has completed both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales with a strong background in Actuarial Science, Econometrics and Finance. She is currently progressing through the Institute of Actuaries of Australia exams to quality as an actuary. Her focus has been on general insurance, workers' compensation and superannuation.
